Udo's Choice Udo's Oil (500ml/Btl)

A plant sourced, organic certified blend of guaranteed GMO-free and unrefined edible oils that provides the ideal 2 to 1 ratio of Omega 3 to Omega 6 essential fatty acids. It is manufactured with gentle mechanical pressing method (without refining, bleaching and deodorizing), to ensure the oils are fresh, pure and undamaged. It contains all the food fats your body needs.

Recommended Serving:

Children: 5ml (1 teaspoon) for every 7kg of body weight
Adult: 15ml (1 tablespoon) for every 25kg of body weight
Take together with meals.

Serving Calculation:
Total intake per day (ml) = 0.6ml x every 1kg of body weight
Example: 0.6ml x 50kg body weight = 30ml/day (15ml breakfast, 15ml lunch)
