Recommended intake:
Take 20 ml a day with the enclosed measuring cup (2 tablespoons) or diluted with water, preferably in the morning. You can also use 40 ml (4 tablespoons) a day to replenish the magnesium stores.
Ingredients:
Aqueous herbal extract (34%) (from chamomile blossoms, bitter fennel fruits, bitter orange peels, carrots and spinach), concentrated fruit juice mixture (28%) (from pineapple, pear, mango, apricot, carob extract, grape, lemon and apple), magnesium gluconate, honey, water, magnesium citrate, natural flavouring.
Additional Information:
Not suited for children under age of 4 years.
Amounts over 250 mg magnesium may have a laxative effect on sensitive people.
Do not store unopened bottle above 25 °C.
Shake bottle before use.
Content is not chemically preserved. Therefore, please close it immediately after opening and keep refrigerated in an upright position.
Consume within 4 weeks after opening.
Do not drink from the bottle.
